Peer & Community
Services

The benefits of peer recovery support for individuals with SUD show improved relationships with providers and social supports, reduced rates of relapse, increased satisfaction with overall treatment, and increased treatment retention.

Peer Support Specialists are people who…

have been successful in the recovery process who help others experiencing similar situations;
use shared understanding, respect, and mutual empowerment to support others;
help people become and stay engaged in the recovery process;
provide support beyond the clinical setting into everyday life.

CRAFT:

Support for Friends and Family of people who use drugs through CRAFT.
CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) will teach you how to care for yourself and a loved one with addiction.

SAFER:
Safer is a group centered on harm reduction and real non-judemental support for anyone who is struggling with substance use of anykind. It is an open format group to talk about lifes challenges and ask questions that you may not feel comfortable asking in other groups. Group facilitatos will be available to provide reduction tools and support for entering recovery.
